Beer Bread
- 3 cups Flour (can use 2 cups flour & 1 cup of rye)
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3 table spoons Honey
- 12 oz beer (Budweiser preferre)
- 1 Stick of Butter (for when the bread comes out of the oven)
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add Honey & Beer
- Stir until moist
- Grease loaf pan (9x5)
- Bake 300 Degrees (F) for 55 minutes
- Rub butter all over loaf when baked
